much of this money gagik tsarukian obtained came from the hands of other Armenians to aid Armenia. i wonder how much money and for how long was he pocketing it?? secondly even if so why does he not do anything to help benefit Armenia if he is so rich .?

Armenians in Armenia believe that he does help people out, but it seems only to the extent to get their votes or favorable opinion.
