Here's a neat little video that documents the Mig 29 airplanes in Russia's 102nd airbase. Not only are they considered by many to be among the best ever, but these airplanes help to safeguard Armenia day in and day out!

actually about 20 new MIG-29s are now owned by the Armenian air force which Armenia bought from Russia. Armenia also bought multiple Su-27s as well in 2005.
The SU27 are still one the most advanced and capable aircraft in the world. Pretty much the only aircraft that in certain situations can fly backwards for a very shot period of time and not stall.
