Many funds are used as a means to not only launder money but to skim a healthy portion off the top as "administrative costs." Sometimes 10% - if not more - goes to such costs and it is not uncommon to find the charity heads earning hundreds of thousands of dollars per year, if not millions.
No one is saying the Armenia Fund is corrupt per se, but you can't be naive in believing that it is absolutely immune from such claims.

You should be especially happy because Armenia fund raised over $15 million this year! Happy Thanksgiving!
That goes without saying! :)
Ya, lets see how much of that money reaches the people who need it.
What's with people who think Armenia Fund is corrupt? Can you provide me with 1 example when the money didn't get to where it was supposed to go to?
