Yes, my fellow Armenians, these results are not final, but you'd have to be insane to think that the final results would be significantly different so as to throw off the race. You'd also have to be instane to think that Levon wasn't drawing up the plans for a rally even before a single vote had been cast. The BBC had this to say:

As I said previously, there wouldn't be a drastic difference for the people of Armenia one way or the other. On the plus side, though, Armenia will not compromise on Karabakh and on the Genocide issue with Turkey. Oh, and a certain other person will not be returning.
Edit: It seems a few of you who are either still shook up or otherwise incapable of comprehending sarcasm believe that I support Sarkisian. That's simply not true: I only wanted Levon to lose. It seems the Armenian people wanted the very same thing.

i know that in Armenia we can't always sure with what is going on in our government but i still favor Serge Sargsyan and i know that majority voted for him anyhow. I don't want Petrosyan as President. Sargsyan is by far more approporiate.

He's a stronger leader. Even if he is not perfect he still is by far better than Petrosyan. I don't really see a good future with Levon as a president. He already was president and from what we already know i don't think he previously contributed much either. ;)))

petrosyan is far from scientist but he is a liar. he said he has documents that prove kocharyan and srkisyan killed vazgen sarkisyan for the megry trade with azerbaijan still to this day hasnt presented them. he said 99 percent to the police in armenia support him. they supported him by beating the crap out of his rioting mob. he also said that all the major generals in the defence department support him. The defense department issued a warning (death threat) to anyone who protest on his behalve. he calimed victory three times now with three differen results he had 57% on the first 39% on the second and now 66%
ussually scientist know how to count. Serge is not perfect in fact he is a corrupt oligarch but compared to levon he is jesus.
How can anytone still belive what levon says.
